Speaker Holds a Meet and Greet Session with Staff of the North West Provincial Legislature
The Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon. Ntsetsao Viola Motsumi, held a meet-and-greet session with the Management, organised labour unions and staff of the North West Provincial Legislature.
The engagement provided an important opportunity for the Speaker to formally introduce herself to the entire staff component and to share her vision and priorities for the institution. Hon. Motsumi emphasised her commitment to building a Legislature that serves as a model institution within the legislative sector, grounded in the principles of transparency, fairness, accountability and good governance.
The Speaker further highlighted the importance of fostering and strengthening constructive relationships with organised labour. She stressed that open dialogue, mutual respect and collaboration with labour unions are essential in ensuring that the interests, rights and well-being of workers are advanced and protected.
