The management and staff of the North West Provincial Legislature led by the Secretary to the Legislature. Adv. Lutendo Netshitumbu congratulates the Hon. Speaker of the NWPL Dr. Desbo Mohono on being conferred her Doctoral Degree in Doctoral Philosophy in Agriculture and Rev Dr Gaobepe who was also conferred with a Doctoral Philosophy in Social Science and International Relations. Both Drs were conferred in an auspicious graduation ceremony held today 28 November 2024 at the North West University. “Thank you for leading by example and showing that it is possible, Congratulations!”
