Following the conclusion of the Special Sitting where the new North West Provincial Legislature Speaker was elected, Hon. Viola Ntsetsao Motsumi, she immediately presided over her first official duty.Hon. Motsumi presided over the swearing-in of Hon. Rosina Ntshetsana Komane as a new Member of the North West Provincial Legislature (MPL),representing the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF).
The swearing-in was conducted in accordance with Section 107 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996. Hon. Komane fills the vacancy in the Legislature following the sad passing of the late Hon. Primrose Bogatsu last month. The NWPL welcomes Hon. Komane and wishes her well in her new role serving the people of the North West Province.
