The Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Dr. Desbo Mohono presided over different provincial departmental MECs who delivered departmental budget votes in the Legislature Chamber. Members of the Provincial Legislature from political party represented debated different budget votes in the Legislature Chamber.
