The Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Dr. Desbo Mohono presided over different provincial departmental votes where MECs delivered departmental budget speeches in the Legislature Chamber. Members of the Provincial Legislature from political party represented in the legislature debated different budget votes in the Legislature Chamber.
