On Tuesday, 5 March 2024, the Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon. Basetsana R.S Dantjie will hold a House Sitting where Acting Premier Patrick Dumile Nono Maloyi will respond to the Members of the Provincial Legislature’s debates on 29 February 2024 on State of the Province Address 2024. The Sitting will be heldin the Legislature Chamber at 09h00.
The State of the Province Address was delivered by Acting Premier Patrick Nono Maloyi on Tuesday, 20 February 2024 in the Legislature Chamber.
As empowered by the Constitution of the Republic Act 108 of 1996 Chapter 6, Section 131(1)(a), Premier Bushy Maape dully appointed Leader of Government Business and MEC for the Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs, Patrick Dumile Nono Maloyi as Acting Premier effectively from 19 February 2024 until 10 March 2024.
The proceedings of the House Sitting will be streamed live on the Legislature’s Facebook page and other platforms such as the YouTube channel.
