Portfolio Committee on Premier, Finance, Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs held an oversight meeting with the Office of the Premier over their first Quarter Performance Report for 2023/24 financial year and first and second draft Annual Performance Plans for 2024/25.
Acting Premier of the North West Province, Nono Maloyi informed the Committee that achieved 100 percent on all 3 programmes of the department. “We visited the Infrastructure projects in Dr Ruth Segomotsi District and are committed to accelerate delivery of road construction projects.
“The department has Updated terms of reference for appointment of a service provider to conduct an impact analysis of the implementation of Government Policy Priorities in the North West Province. Service delivery outreach were conducted across the districts in collaboration with departments and other stakeholders where different services for e.g. Application and issuing of birth certificates and ID by Department of Home affairs, application for child support grants by SASSA,” said Premier Nono Maloyi.
